During classes the students will get acquainted with dynamic yoga posture sequences through ancient Indian stories. Yoga improves concentration and increases body awareness and consequently self-confidence. Your muscles will strengthen and become more supple and your mind will calm down.
Thursday’s beginners 2 – intermediates class does not require previous experience in yoga, but body awareness from dancing or other forms of exercise is required.
